5 RMP is a Regular Army military police regiment with its headquarters in Edinburgh. The Regiment has one regular military police company based in Germany and two volunteer TA companies based in the north of the United Kingdom. 243 Provost Company (Volunteers) is located in Livingston, West Lothian and has soldiers from as far south as Sheffield and Liverpool and as far north as Dundee. We primarily recruit from the central belt of Scotland.
